The Participants

Generous with their time, wisdom and stories, the participants in the project hail from across the creative fields, including creative directors, designers, directors, editors, client service, producers and agency leadership. Roe Bressan is CMO/President of Lively Group in New York. Her first job was as a production coordinator for Highgate Pictures working on ABC Afterschool Specials. (@roebressan)

Kedma Pognon Brown is VP, Director of Integrated Production at Saatchi & Saatchi New York.  Her first job was as a marketing assistant at Scholastic New Media.

Brian Collins is CEO and Chief Creative Officer at COLLINS: in New York City. His first job ever was as a sign painter for a furniture store in Harvard Square in Cambridge, MA. His first job after college was as the founder and designer of Collins Design in Boston, MA. (@briancollins1)

Amani Duncan is VP, Brand Marketing at C.F. Martin & Co. Her first job in the music business was as office manager at Def Jam Records in Los Angeles.

Matt Eastwood is Worldwide Chief Creative Officer at JWT. His first job was as a Junior Copywriter at FCB in Perth, Western Australia (@mattinnewyork)

David Gaddie is a director and owner of The Colony and its vfx studio Afterparty, as well as co-creator of Hindsight. His first job was as a commercial director, although he did do anything he could to pay the bills whilst building a reel (including making videos for weddings and Bar Mitzvahs).

Danny Gregory is Managing Partner, Executive Creative Director at McGarryBowen. He is also an artist and an author of seven books on creativity. His first job was for a small NY creative boutique. (@dannygregory)

Michael Lebowitz is Founder and CEO of Big Spaceship in Brooklyn, New York. His first job was an internship at a web design company in Allston, MA with an astray on every monitor. (@bigspaceship)

Andrea Leminske is co-creator of Hindsight and an Executive Producer specializing in video content and experiential productions, working at the intersection of digital and traditional media. Her first industry job was as an intern at DDB New York.

Tony Mennuto is Executive Creative Director at Mister Face in New York City. His first job was performing magic at kids’ birthday parties, where he once handcuffed a rowdy 5-year old to a chair to keep him quiet. (@MisterFaceNY)
